Complaints

We are very sorry to hear you have a complaint and we’re here to help you in every way possible.

Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to us within a reasonable time after you have found the defects and should be clearly defined.

We would appreciate it if you inform us about any complaints you may have on the day of the course/workshop, so that we are able to act immediately.

You will receive a response to your complaint within 7 days at the latest (counting from the date of receipt of the complaint). If it is not yet possible to provide a substantive or definitive response within this period, we will confirm the receipt of the complaint within 7 days at the latest and indicate the period within which we expect to be able to provide a substantive or definitive response to the complaint.

If we consider the complaint to be well-founded, we will come up with a reasonable solution as soon as possible. You also have the option of submitting your complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Please click on this link to submit your complaint.
