In most cases, we receive your personal data directly from you. Occasionally, Schilderles Amsterdam receives your personal data from someone else, for example because your friend wants to surprise you with a gift.
- Handling orders
When you place an order on the website of Schilderles Amsterdam, we process data such as your name and address, email, telephone number, billing and delivery information, and financial information in order to fulfill and handle the order.
Sometimes you have to sign up first to be able to order a pass (rittenkaart). For this purpose, we ask that you provide your name, email and a password. You can also log in using a Google account. The basis for the processing of this data by Schilderles Amsterdam is the conclusion and performance of the contract.
If you contact Schilderles Amsterdam because you have a question, request or complaint, we store your message and contact information so we are able to respond to your message. This information is processed on the basis of the conclusion and performance of the contract when the question, request or complaint relates to the service. In all other situations we process the data based on our legitimate interest to respond to your message.
